Project Name: Alumni Association Web Site (Phase I)

Deadlines/Milestones:

  1. Status Reports - Every Friday EOB(End of Business - 5PM IST) - Bags
  2. Website registration - By Dec 31, 2004 (This will help starting clean on a new year) - Sridhar/Sivaguru
  3. Hosting (with all specs fulfilled) - Jan 15th 2005 - Sridhar/Sivaguru/Ganesh/Bags
  4. Feedback about contents - all members - any time until Jan 15th 30th, 2005 - after that please act on request
  5. Formal announcement - (Strictly, very strictly) Jan 31st Feb 28th 2005 - Field coordinator/ Ganesh

  • Ganesh has paid the bill amount (Rs. 8000) to Sridhar for the project
  • Will request Sridhar to focus on this, so that he could meet the deadline
  • Since the site is still in the rudimentary stage, the members can continue to send feedbacks; I am changing the milestone for this from Jan 15th to Jan 30th
